Dex is searching for an experienced, motivated person to join our Customer Relations Team.

Our customer relations team is responsible for enhancing the Dex experience for all of our customers. This team also supports our field sales organization as they expand our business and navigate the corporate headquarters for information and answers. The customer relations team is the communication hub of our growing specialty business. Our team is the face of Dex for all customer issues… after-sale needs, answers to questions, and issue requiring solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position for a retail company, ideally in the fashion industry
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills in both official languages
  • Strong sense of organization and priority management
  • Autonomous and resourceful
  • Analytical and thorough
  • Able to take initiatives and make decisions within a short timeframe
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a positive attitude and be solutions driven
  • Strong computer skills – Able to multi-task between multiple systems
